Jared Isaacson

LEAD TRIAL ATTORNEY

Biography

Jared Isaacson spent nearly a decade in public defense where he developed a love for litigation and trial. He has argued hundreds of motions, and 37 jury trials. Before leaving the Snohomish County Public Defender’s office, Jared taught Continuing Legal Education courses to other lawyers on DUI breath testing, DUI blood draws, and objections. While working as a public defender, Jared represented murder cases, sex cases, Domestic Violence cases, DUIs, and nearly every other crime you can think of.

Jared graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Philosophy. He graduated from Seattle University School of Law with his Juris Doctor, and since then he has also graduated from the National Criminal Defense College and the Trial Lawyers College.

Since transitioning away from public defense in October of 2023, Jared has already had three personal injury trials, one of which resulted in a $2.1 million verdict for his client.

Beyond his legal pursuits, Jared is a dedicated family man, married for 11 years with three children. His interests include falconry, climbing, fly fishing, 3D printing, and a great deal more.

When asked why he does the work that he does Jared said this:

“Many lawyers participate in our legal system to perpetuate its problems. And some are there to protect the people facing those problems. I represent people and not entities. I fight against that which would dehumanize people. I became a lawyer to fight the systems that chip away at our equality one vulnerable person at a time. I remain a lawyer to fight for the tired, the poor, the mired, and the sore. I am a lawyer because we are the last bastion against injustice in a world that is unequivocally and unapologetically unfair and unequal. The world is a dark place. Lawyers who fight corporations, insurance agencies, and the government hold only a small torch. But, without that flame, there would, too often, be no light at all.”
