Sonny Nguyen

Biography

Sonny Nguyen is a first-generation Vietnamese American, born to South Vietnamese immigrants to the United States. His father, Thu-Ba Nguyen, was one of the early refugees known as “boat people”, who served and was loyal to South Vietnam. After many years of political imprisonment, Thu-Ba took his two-year-old son and fled from their beloved homeland.

Sonny possesses a remarkable skill set, honed through years of experience and a natural ability to connect with clients on a profound level. His unwavering commitment to trust, honesty, care, and the pursuit of joy for his clients defines his purpose in the legal realm.

Sonny’s expertise is not confined to the courtroom alone; it extends into the realm of human emotion and understanding. He has undergone extensive training and graduated from the renowned Trial Lawyer College (TLC), through the TLC method and psychodrama techniques pioneered by Gerry Spence and Dr. Jacob L. Moreno. Psychodrama, characterized by spontaneous dramatization, role-playing, and dramatic self-presentation, serves as a powerful tool in Sonny’s arsenal.
